Angela Lopes, MEd.
I started Inspiring Mindful Growth because I found balancing my career and parenthood at times very overwhelming. I often felt uneasy and had spiralling thoughts. Am I being a good parent? Am I teaching my child what they truly need to be happy in today’s world? Is my work team collaborating and being productive? How can I do better?
Practicing mindfulness techniques saved me many times. We all need to learn the power mindfulness has to build confidence, resilience and gain an optimistic attitude. I’ve truly found a passion for teaching self-awareness, positive life skills, somatic and sound healing while incorporating mindfulness across the community.
