Hi, I’m
Angela Lopes, MEd.

I started Inspiring Mindful Growth because I found balancing my career and parenthood at times very overwhelming. I often felt uneasy and had spiralling thoughts. Am I being a good parent? Am I teaching my child what they truly need to be happy in today’s world? Is my work team collaborating and being productive? How can I do better? 

 

Practicing mindfulness techniques and practicing holistic treatments saved me many times. We all need to learn the power mindfulness has to heal, grow and build confidence, resilience and gain an optimistic attitude. I’ve truly found a passion for teaching self-awareness, positive life skills, holistic treatments, somatic and sound healing while incorporating mindfulness across the community.
