Life and Wellness Coaching is available for adults of all abilities. I encourage individuals to realize their unlimited potential and reach their goals. Empowering clients to become self-reliant and strive for wellness in the present and future moments. Build meaningful and positive relationships.

Family coaching is available for parents, parent and child or a combination. We work together on unlocking you and your families greatest potential. Build and/ or restore healthy and mindful relationships.

 

This is an opportunity to develop individualized or relationship plans to support growth. We replace poor habits with good habits to establish a path to true wellness.

Relationship coaching could be for; intimate relationships, parent to parent, parent to child, siblings and families. Building healthy, positive and meaningful relationships is essential to overall wellbeing.

 

Things we focus on:

  • Individualized or relationship plans to assist with new stages in life, professional development, self-esteem, managing anxiety, mindful growth, enhance life skills required for independence and more.

  • Assistance with figuring out the next steps to achieve goal(s).

  • Developing a plan to help create healthy habits one step at a time.

 

Weekly sessions, bi-weekly sessions and monthly in-person or virtual sessions available depending on the clients intention.

Life and Wellness Coaching is available for teens of all abilities. Assisting parents in developing essential skills required to THRIVE in the clients life. I encourage individuals to realize their unlimited potential and reach their goals. Empowering clients to become self-reliant, build healthy relationships, strive for wellness in the present and future moments.
