All Natural DIY Swimmers Hair Care

Ready, set, jump in! Okay to all the swimmers who are tired of dry and/ or colour damaged hair, here is a simple natural recipe to help hydrate and maintain your hair colour. Well I have a recipe for you, it has been tried and tested.
In my family we love being in the water especially on a hot summer day. Though time and time again my daughter and I had dry hair. I had friends speak about how their hair colour was changing and they didn't want to stop enjoying swimming with the kids. I started to do some research and discovered the benefits of natural oils and organic products that are beneficial for your hair, hydrate and maintain colour.
Our hair obsorbes everything, so in order for it to not obsorbe the cholrine from pools and the minerals from other types of water. I was one of those people who thought swimming in a lake couldn't damage my hair, but I was WRONG! Take a look below for the recipe.
All Natural DIY Swimmers Hair Care Spray
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of coconut oil
10 drops of rosemary
5 drops of Vitamin E oil
Creating your mixture:
Sterilize 4 oz spray bottle
Put 1/2 a cup of coconut oil in the bottle
Then add the Rosemary and Vitamin E.
Shake to mix all your ingredients. Voila! Swimmers Hair Care is ready.
Directions for use:
Shake well before using, to mix ingredients. Before swimming wet your hair and then spray it throughly in your hair and brush it through.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Benefits for your hair:
Coconut Oil: known to relieve dandruff, restore dry and damaged hair and protect hair against heat and chemical damage.
Rosemary Oil: known for antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properities, which can help hair growth and reduce scalp build-up.
Vitamin E: known for being a natural antioxidant and helps keep hair follicles healthy.
